  • Instructions:
  • Position yourself between the parallels and hold the bars with each hand. Lift the body by strengthening the elbows, then bend the elbows to go down. Strengthen the chest, shoulders, upper and medium abdominals, forearms and triceps. It helps to maintain a good body posture.
  • Materials:
  • Steel pipes Ø 88.9 mm and thickness 3.6 mm. Other elements of the tube - Steel pipes Ø 48.3 mm and 3.2 mm thickness.
  • Corrosion protection:
  • Warm galvanizing and dust painting. Compliant UNI EN 16630: 2015-06. Resistant to unmipers and UV rays.
