  • Instructions:
  • Lying face down on a bench for extensions, putting your feet under the platforms. With the body straight, cross your arms in front of it or behind the head (starting position). Start bending slowly forward as much as possible, keeping the back flat.
  • Materials:
  • Steel pipes Ø 88.9 mm and thickness 3.6 mm. Other tubular steel tubular elements Ø 48.3 mm and 3.2 mm thickness. Feet and seat support - 3 mm thick steel sheet.
  • Corrosion protection:
  • Warm galvanizing and dust painting. Compliant UNI EN 16630: 2015-06. Resistant to unmipers and UV rays.
