  • Instructions:
  • I-Pull-Ups: place both hands on the bar at the length of the shoulders and lift from the ground.
  • The chin must be raised above the bar. So, slowly return to the erect position.
  • II-Leg Rais: place both hands on the bar at the length of the shoulders, lightly bend the knees, pull the knees bent upwards and down.
  • III-Stratching: Place a foot on the bar (about life height), extend your knees.
  • Start performing the bends on the leg to the bar and on the other.
  • Materials:
  • Steel pipes Ø 88.9 mm and thickness 3.6 mm. Other tubular elements - steel pipes Ø 33.7 and 48.3 mm and 3.2 mm thickness.
  • Corrosion protection:
  • Warm galvanizing and dust painting. Compliant UNI EN 16630: 2015-06. Resistant to unmipers and UV rays.
