  • INSTRUCTIONS:
  • Strengthens and stretches the inner and outer transverse muscles, as well as the back muscles. Grasp the handles with both hands. Place your feet on the rotating platform. Flex theknees a little. Rotate your hips from side to side making sure to keep your shoulders steady during the movement.
  • MATERIALS:
  • Frame - tubular steel Ø 114.3x3.6mm, 88.9x3.6mm. Other tubular elements - tubular steel Ø 48.3x3.2mm, 42.4x3.2mm, 33.7x2.9mm and 60x40mm profiles. Foot and seat support - 3mm thick steel plate.
  • CORROSION PROTECTION:
  • Hot-dip galvanizing and powder coating. Compliant with UNI EN 16630:2015-06. Weatherproof and UV resistant.
