  • Instructions:
  • Strengthen the muscles of the back and the upper limbs, as well as the muscles of the scapular area. Perfectly model the upper part of the bust. Sit comfortably, grab the handles. With a quick and fluid movement, pull on the handles (about at the height of the chest). Return to the initial position.
