  • Instructions:
    • Strengthen the muscles of the lower limbs, the abs and the buttocks. Strengthen the joints of the lower limbs and the hips. Sitting on the car and positioning the legs on the supports for the feet. Push the platform at the top until your legs are completely extensive in front of you. Your bust and legs must form a perfect 90 degree angle. This will be your starting position. Inhating, slowly lower the platform until the upper and lower part of the legs form an angle of 90 degrees.
  • Materials:
