  • Instructions:
    • Lie on the bench with their feet holding the transverse bar back and crossed hands behind the head, raise the body using the strength of the abdomen and return to the original position using the strength of the abdomen repeatedly.
  • Materials:
    • Structure - tubular steel Ø 114.3x3.6mm, 88.9x3.6mm. Other tubular elements - tubular steel Ø 48.3x3.2mm, 42.4x3.2 mm, 33.7x2.9 mm and profiles 60x40 mm. Feet and seat support - 3 mm thick steel sheet.
  • Corrosion protection:
    • Warm galvanizing and dust painting. Compliant UNI EN 16630: 2015-06. Resistant to unmipers and UV rays.
