The last page of our general catalogue 2017 shows renderings of an unusual play structure: a snow groomer. While it was still in planning phase and some kind of vision of the future, we now proudly communicate that yet another multifaceted product assumed shape.

The cabin and its interiors, among which an instrument panel plus manual gear, mainly consist of three-layered polyethylene panellings in which we milled fanciful details. The rotationally moulded tube slide of gorgeous orange is made of durable polyethylene too, but both lateral chains are produced from black locust round wood. By choosing these materials, we made it possible to install this play structure even in places with harsh climatic conditions. In this case, the playground of Porto Sant’Elpidio is located alongside the beach, thus humidity and salt deposits could have been a problem. Polyethylene easily resists UV rays and temperatures between – 85°C and +90°C and black locust is known to be one of the few wood species of resistance class 1 that doesn’t need treatments against mildews.

In the very near future, there will be other versions of the “snow groomer” as a completion of the category. Hence, our clients will likely find the right solution, which meets their requests in terms of aesthetics and climatic conditions. In the meantime, we invite you to click you through the dedicated photo album.
