DESCRIPTION:
I-PULL-UPS: Place both hands on the bar about shoulder length, lift yourself off the ground.
The chin must be lifted up over the bar. Then, slowly get back to the standing position.
II-LEG RAISES: Place both hands on the bar about shoulder length, bend your knees a bit,
pull your bent knees up and down.
III-STRETCHING: Place one feet on the bar (about waist height), extend your knees.
Start doing the bends to the leg on the bar and to the other one.
