The CE marking is a mark that has to be placed on certain types of products by the manufacturer himself, which certifies the compliance with the essential criteria for marketing and use in the European Union.
Specifically, the CE symbol means "Conformité Européenne", and indicates that the product that carries it complies with the essential requirements of the Directives on safety, public health, consumer protection, etc.
Holzhof has been monitoring the own production processes as foreseen by PCD 89/106. This indicates that the manufacturer marks these elements for structural use with the presumption that they comply with the provisions of the UNI EN 14081-1 standard.
Below we report the characteristics of wooden products for structural use, which Holzhof Ltd. intends to mark CE by means of self-certification or which we intend to process/transform:
